BGA Component Rework:$150.00 minimum order, Standard 1 week turn, Quick turn fees apply.

Remove BGA Component $ 50.00 ea.

Install BGA Chip $125.00 ea.

Exchange BGA Chip $150.00 ea.

BGA Reballing Services

$25.00 to $50.00 per BGA
